Fibromyalgia and Other Things

I haven't really said yet, but I have fibromyalgia.  I am learning that it changes a lot of things.  I could sleep 4 hours and get up and be okay.  Some days, I needed 12...or I would sleep 10-12, wake up for 2 or 3, then go back to sleep for 3 or 4...Now, in addition to pain, especially unexplained pain in my back and shins, that can't seem to be found or "fixed", most days, I need 10-12 hours to sleep, and it's not even restful sleep, even with taking ambien.

Why am I saying this?  Because I was hoping to make this a daily journal...but it seems like some days, I will be doing a lot more, and other days, probably no posting at all, because of the time I get home.

Hopefully, I will have time to write out what has happened/is wrong with me.  Perhaps I will find some people that have gone through the same thing.  Oh, I know...fibromyalgia covers a LOT of range of pain/disabilities, but what I will want to hope to find answers to are things like shin pain, medicines not working the way they should, Veteran's Administration (how to find out about getting disability through them), disability in general...there's a lot that I will be trying to work on.

Anyway, I can't do much right now, so I will just say "goodnight" to everyone for now.

*waves good night*
