Extreme Building...or world's smallest island?

I would say that most people complain about having postage stamp size yards, but I think a few people would trade for a view.  But it's not like you can just grab your key fob, click the button to start the car, and go...and running down to the local 7-11 would be a little difficult, especially for 3am munchies.
